By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using any of our Figma plugins, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MyFigTools provides a collection of Figma plugins designed to automate repetitive design tasks. Our plugins operate within the Figma platform and require an active MyFigTools subscription to use. We offer both free trial credits and paid subscription plans.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Sign in using a valid Google account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial
New users receive a limited number of free credits to try our plugins. Trial credits reset monthly and cannot be accumulated.
Paid Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions provide unlimited access to all plugins. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our plugins for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our plugins
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication
- Use automated systems to abuse our services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Resell or redistribute our plugins without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
MyFigTools and its plugins, including all code, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by MyFigTools and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins.
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to your Figma designs and content. Our plugins process your content locally within Figma and do not claim any rights to your work.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Our plugins will be compatible with all Figma versions or features
- Our services will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in our services will be corrected
We are not affiliated with Figma, Inc. Figma is a trademark of Figma, Inc. Our plugins may be affected by changes to the Figma platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFigTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyFigTools.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
